CONDITIONS GOVERNING LEASE CANCELLATION

Tenants who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the down payment minus the 3% banking fee. If they cancel between 60 and 30 days before check-in, they’ll get back 50% minus the 3% banking fee. Otherwise, they won’t get a refund.

Hello, I’m Philippe and I’m happy to share my apartment with travelers who are in love with eternal Paris.  You will feel like home – like a real Parisian in my apartment! 

The building, like most of the buildings on the Saint-Louis island, was built in the 17^th century, during Louis XIV reign, in the heart of Paris. This is why the apartment and the island are true gems!  I lived in the apartment for 5 years from 1998 to 2003 and made the move when my family grew larger.  The apartment has since been rented out for short term rentals and has always been well maintained.
